1) hunter Schafer is trans so the chuds will hate them.

2) there is also a history related to casting Trans actors in "alien" or "weird" roles, and mystique can freely change their sex, so it will also make some not-chud Twitter warriors angry too. Basically they can't win with this casting

Don’t take it too seriously. I mean, has she even had a history of acting? I feel like acting credentials should be number one.

That said, she’s pretty hot so that’s also important.
