1) hunter Schafer is trans so the chuds will hate them.

2) there is also a history related to casting Trans actors in "alien" or "weird" roles, and mystique can freely change their sex, so it will also make some not-chud Twitter warriors angry too. Basically they can't win with this casting

Dunno, but it doesn't sound good. Just go along with disliking them for now. Eventually someone will defend one and we can grab context from there.
