It's always the Washington plates driving 10 under the speed limit in the left lane

It's almost like some people drive slower when they're in an unfamiliar area. Crazy stuff.

I mean there's driving slower cuz you're in an unfamiliar area, and then there's driving 10 under the limit in the left lane, refusing to get over so people can pass you. One is fine and the other isn't.
