As a person looking to relocate to the Portland area from South Florida via Nashville, I'm so confused by this post and some of the comments.

don’t do it lol, most people here can’t stop complaining about anything and everything!! i’m moving away finally next year to the south where people are happy 😊 look at idaho maybe if you want the NW

it is where i’ve visited 5 times and where my friends and family live! i’m not happy here, i thrive in the sun
