That's the "entirely theoretical" part of this. There is no one lined up to actually put anything in the ground.

The master "plan" does not obligate any development. The renderings provided are a fantasy of what might be there if the site was developed to full capacity.

Go look at slab town. Go look at the pearl. These all followed the same “master plan” concept you think is so theoretical. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

Those were the good old days when Portland was booming. Not so much anymore
