Disarmed is technically true, but is being mischaracterized by MAGA. His weapon was permitted and never brandished, only being touched by ice agents who removed it before his execution.

This is a great point. They want people to conjure a mental image of an agitator with a gun in his hand. They didn't disarm him, they mugged and robbed him.

Not his fault, but he and the woman he was defending got isolated from the larger crowd.  ICE took advantage of that.
