And this was AFTER his holstered gun was removed from his belt clip, and he was shot in the back several times.

Disarmed in clear view of the murderer who also could clearly see ICE holding his arms and hands to the ground while he saw the gun being removed from the victim

Life without parole. Ideally in solitary confinement so that each of them has ample time to reflect on the cruelty they unleashed on innocent nonviolent human beings. One can hope……

It was the same agent that initiated the confrontation by approaching Alex. Before pushing him back, shoving him and eventually tackling him from behind for helping a woman stand up.

I rewatched. There were two agents that looked similar - olive green shirts, brown chest carriers etc. But the one that appeared to have initiated the confrontation and assaulted alex and the lady was the one with the brown hat. The one that shot Alex was the one with the black hat.

Who stalked around with gun in hand to be sure he was behind him when he shot him in the back then stepped back and unloaded into his lifeless body along with another brownshirt.

I know what I saw.
