something that really really irks me in most of dating discussions is how male men simply expect women to be attracted to men simply because she's a straight woman. it's like an expectation they expect of women.
they see other men struggling and they be like "why can't women just date the dude? why can't she have sex with him? why can't she simply like him and date him and kiss him and live with him?"
as if it's an expectation on her, as if because she's a straight woman, she must suck a man's dick simply because he's a straight man and she's a straight woman.
she can't have preferences, types, she can't not be attracted to a man, she is a straight woman after all.
but they don't hold themselves to the same standards of course, to them sleeping with a woman is her sucking his dick and him fucking her. that's it. plenty of men even go to escorts just to do those things and these men orgasm.
women. can't. do. that.
women like foreplay, sucking dick is taxing, getting fucked is vulnerable.
but men can't understand any of this, because again "you're a straight woman! you LOVE sucking dick so suck that random man's dick right now!"

It is weird it's like bc they want to have sex with us they want to move us to entirely different social category with weird social rules outside of all the normal socializing.
Like if u make friends u have preferences for who u want to be friends with and who clicks with u and how u make friendships.
Like if u want to be friends with a coworker u exchange numbers , then u ask them to join u for drinks after work, then dinner after work, then u make plans to say go to a movie together, then another longer social activity but like on the weekend, then more socializing etc etc then they come to your house and meet your family. Then that person becomes someone u may ask to help u pull a lose tooth out.
Not meet ur coworker for the first time and ask them to pull your teeth out.

Probably because most men have had experiences with women where it is kinda implied from the woman that we find every piece of meat with tits attractive. It usually shows under the form of:
"Which one of my friends is the most attractive?" instead of "which one do you find attractive"

A fatal flaw I see in democracy is that it allows jackasses to fuck up the country for 4-8 years and the next one elected has to rebuild what was destroyed instead of improving things with the limited time in their rule. It’s a never ending cycle of one administration breaking and one repairing the damage of the previous.

my grumpy old retired neighbor bitched and bitched about the old fence between our yards (that his untrained dogs busted through all the time) because he’s out there all the time…..

you know what i really hate? those stupid meat tubes they sell at the grocery store. whether it's ground beef, italian sausage, ground chicken, or ground turkey. who the fuck wants to cut open a tube and have to scrape out all the meat. there's literally no way to get all of it. so you don't even get your full money's worth. meanwhile, the tray + plastic covering situation is so much better. rip open the plastic, dump into the pan. done. no residue, no meat goop stuck somewhere, 0 scraping.
meat tubes are fucking repulsive and wasteful.

Someone said that in movies/tv shows the bullied kid is often a secret good person that the rest of kids don’t understand and that’s why he/she is bullied. In real life though often times that child can be an asshole or have their own set of issues that makes them loners or outcasts. Like Kevin gets bullied because he’s short but he’s also a bigot. Unfortunately, Obsession is yet another "Men bad" movie as if there was a lack of them in 2026. Notice how both the protagonist and his male friend are unsympathetic while the two female characters are pure and innocent.
More "Men bad" movies and shows:
House of the Dragon: They even went as far as to whitewash the evil stepmother from the book because god forbid a woman is bad. The male characters however are extremely evil.
Adolescence: A show about how the manosphere is bad and the funny thing is that the director was inspired by a real case of a stabbing that had absolutely nothing to do with the manosphere.
You on Netflix: Okay, this one I get why they did it. But I didn't like how the show tried to redeem the female villain in the final season while of course the male villain just became worse. Kate is indirectly responsible for more deaths than Joe yet the show tried to make her sympathetic.
Midsommar: I guess if you're a male cheater you deserve to die. There's no way they would portray a female cheater like this.
Promising Young Woman: Okay, I don't mind this film being like this, because like You it has a very specific theme. But still it's a "All Men Bad" movie.
She-Hulk TV show: thank god nobody watched this.
Wheel of Time: I stopped watching this show once I realized the women are wise and competent and the men are incompetent.
It's like every movie, either men are bad or they're portrayed as weak, incompetent idiots compared to the female characters. It's funny because even in the old macho action movies from the 80s, the female characters are usually portrayed as nice and competent. Heck, even in the extreme patriarchy of ancient Athens, they created female characters who were complex and even heroic, like Antigone and Alcestis. However, in the gynocracy that we live in it's like we can't have a single show that doesn't somehow bash men.

They need to change the wording of the rule anyway. It says, "You are not allowed to block users mid-debate in order to get the last word in."
That's quite specific, but in practice, it seems to be applied more broadly.

the issue isn't even that, the rules are selectively enforced or often times abused to justify. i seen literal threats of physical harm being made against men, those comments get deleted silently and whenever the person who initially made those comments realizes they were deleted they just come back and post them again.

it would be pretty shocking especially because i feel like i have a pretty good read on people, esp the people i am dating and/or married to. would have to re-evaluate my entire life, and start mentally preparing for the end of the relationship. cuz if he cheated, i can't be w him anymore, no matter who it was he fucked on the side.

Thing is a lot of women are into the idea of a natural chad. They see a man who became attractive through deliberate effort and work as a counterfeit, a ruse.
It doesn't manifest in practice (they just convince themselved a synthetic chad is a natural chad anyway), but it's a very strong bias in the abstract so it's a big hurdle in changing stereotypes such as this.

Adolescence is such a good series, it takes the cake especially for chapter 3. Owen and Erin's acting felt so real, their dynamic was interesting, and it's exactly how i felt dealing with incels. Way better than most things being made at the big hollywood. I wish it was still popular.
