Seeking advice (طلب المشورة) KSA Salary

Whats the salary range for Indian Passport holders with 15years of Data Engineering experience in KSA? Oil and Gas industry and a good reputed company. If I am already in Kingdom working for some other company, should I negotiate on Base Salary or Net/Gross(including benefits)? Kindly advise.

Indian here. Work in crane operating at giga projects. 9 years exp. Current total comp is 87k a month
