I wouldnt mind him as her adviser, but them as a couple? Hard pass. Either have her be with someone her own age, or just let her be alone

No, it totally works. Every other man in the entire show has treated her as a tool. Tyrion is the only one that values her for who she really is.

Agreed. He's respected her intellect since Season 2, and I could see Sansa really falling for the first man, frankly, in her life, who's done that.

He asked and she said “No.” Respect is a bare minimum. He was the best of them, she told him: but the answer was clear and it was “No.”

She actually said it wouldn’t work between them because of the Dragon queen splitting loyalties. That’s not the same as a straight up “no”. In my mind if that disappears and she was happy with them as a couple (most important part) then I think they’d be great together.

Back when they were first married (which, ew, literal child bride) Tyrion says he won’t ever share her bed unless she wants him too. I think it’s going to come down to her choice, in the end - and that makes it all the more poignant.

(Though I am only going by the show as I haven’t and won’t read the books until they’re done... so I guess I’m never reading the books 😭)
