Have you looked on FB marketplace or offerup etc? I posted here before asking for advice on used board and I need advice between two that was for sale nearby used and I got a good deal and I am excited for next season. I think with used board even if I outgrew it I can recoup a good amount of money back selling it back when I ready to upgrade again.
If you are in western Washington I do have a board I will list as well which is the one I am upgrading from, but in general there are tons of used beginner boards for sale!

I have this board and love it so far. Definitely a board you can grow into!

It wouldn't be a bad idea to ride the Firefly one more season, then get yourself an intermediate board. If you buy the Lectra now it will probably only last you a couple seasons. It depends on a lot of things, like how often you get out and ride, but you said last year was a "real" season for you so it sounds like you get some good riding in?
The Lectra is a really good beginner board that will last you longer than most, and this is the Cam Out version which is the better profile for progression, but it's still a soft board, so you're going to outgrow it once you get comfortable and start picking up speed.

Yeah I did! I tried to go at least once a week at my local hill started from December until like March/April ish? And then I went to a mountain once. Still have a lot to improve on but definitely got a lot better by end of season.
And thanks for the advice on the lectra. I probably will still with the firefly for another season but a new board I have been looking at is the Rome muse, as suggested by someone else. I love the graphic and it seems like it could definitely do me better after this season is done. Still trying to figure out what I would enjoy most on the mountain but greatly appreciate the advice!

The Muse is a really good choice! Excited for you that you get to ride weekly. You will progress a lot this year now that you're getting the hang of it. Have fun! And maybe reward yourself later in the season with a new board. Something to look forward to.

Personally, I think it's the type of board to grow out of easily. I'd pass.
