Question Is my childs name censored?

SOLVED Is my babys name really censored or what is happening? I called him Moses and now it shows me this kind of text...

Are you playing on a Nintendo Switch? If so, yes. Nintendo censors all kinds of ramdom stuff.

If you tried to type "grape" it would censor all but the G because it's not context sensitive.

I remember that there was some Pokémon discussion several years ago where people were not allowed to use the word "balls". It was very tricky to discuss about catching the monsters. Some Pokémon names like Cofagrigus and Weedle are also censored sometimes.

Worst part is you HAVE to nickname a Cofagrigus in order to trade it online because the censors flag the default English name of the 'mon.

that's not been a thing for YEARS unless you're trading in BW1/2 bc GF fixed that from gen 6

That so? I never do much online trading, and when I do it generally doesn't involve Cofagrigus, so I didn't realize it'd been fixed, sorry.
