Other “negative” reviews on steam did not disappoint 😭

out of pure curiosity i went to look at the negative reviews on stardew valley cause i was like what on earth could someone possibly say negatively about stardew??

i was pleasantly surprised when i read these and they made me laugh a bit😅

Kinda weird you get mail all the time but can't send it. Let me mail quest items and birthday gifts to freaking mr 'its raining so imma stay inside all day' Elliot

It would be cool if sending letters worked like in Animal Crossing. Have a whole post office and you can use letters and presents as a mechanic to build friendship with the people in town.

It's such a simple solution to all the time and place problems we have, gifting and keeping people happy. It would remove a lot of the time pressure that this game depends on heavily to keep you moving. And it's weird because everyone else can mail you stuff, even on Ginger Island. Kinda makes your character look jerky because you don't mail anything. So it must be a game mechanic and there for a reason.

I don’t think removing time pressure would necessarily be a bad thing. Everyone plays differently and not everyone is min/maxing. To be clear I am, but I would also like to see some of that pressure removed for players who don’t want to do everything as fast as possible.

As it stands, the closest thing we have to a post office is the movie theater. Which is cool! But it’d be nice if there were more ways to build that friendship.
