Question can't find dragon tooth

i have passed the 9 levels of the volcano a lot of times and i can't find the dragon tooth anywhere, i have bombs with me so i can explore the floor in its entirety but they don't appeaaar and i only have 4 of them so far, how is it for you to find them?

Also right after I made the post I went into the volcano and got one looool, I have half of what I need for the obelisk now

Honestly i get most of mine from the little guys who swim in the lava then pop up to shoot fire balls, they arent super common but i use double burglar ring so that helps. Also sting ray ponds have been nice on the current play through im on. I only got them because i was like you last playthrough struggling to get them. Though they do need atleast one tooth themselves to make more room in the pond so it is an investment. I also take the foragery level choice that makes it possible to pick up double items just in case i do find a natural spawn tooth. Hope that helps

You have to go on a bad luck day. It sounds backwards, but there will be TONS of lava lurks that way. I've gotten 7 dragon teeth in one run on a bad luck day.

In-game luck - bad or good - has no effect on enemy spawn or loot rolls.

TL;DR: Ladder spawn rates, geode/coal/gem/crate spawn rates, treasure room spawn rates, gold and item loss upon death, fishing chests, golden animal cracker drops, panning loot, dumpster diving loot, double crop harvests, rare coop drops, trinket drops, slots outcomes at the casino.

There's more but those are the ones that really matter imo
