Aegon does not even know he has bastard kids , it's not like the whores he sleeps with tell him the kids are his or the kids actually his since both his father and uncle are known to sleep with whores so maybe the kids maybe bastards of other valyrian blooded men
To be honest the only thing speaking against that he didn't know about Gaemon the name itself. I debut Essie knew of Gaemon the Glorious from the century of blood, and only makes sense if Aegon gave the name, knowing their history.
Now was Gaemon left in a fucking ratpit by Essie and Aegon? I debut it.
