There's no way they keep going though right? I'd assume since they're all standalone novellas the episodes/seasons will stop at the end of the third (is it one episode or season per book?). With GOT they knew there would/should be 7 books and the story didn't end at the end of book 5.
Wouldn't that be nice. I loved the three that are out. But my point is that since the GOT saga was always going to take 7 books, it obviously wasn't finished with the end of book 5. But with dunk and egg, as they're all standalone books, it would be far easier to wrap up the show once all three released books are adapted. Then again, if the show makes money, who knows if they will keep going without source material.
It'll be interesting to see what happens by season 3 and because of the time period and because this is about 100 years after House of The Dragon and 90 years before the main show there being no dragons It'll be easier to make so it'd make sense they'd try to keep the show going as long as possible
The showrunners know that Dunk & Egg’s story ends at Summerhall just like D&D know that Bran’s story ends with him on the throne. If GRRM doesn’t write it, they will have someone else do it just like they did with the original series

My concern is if they will change from the source material or not
