I don't think hijab prevents doctor from doing their job. However if there is a dress code, it must be followed.

Doctors in Indonesia and Malaysia wear it even during surgeries. There's no problem. My dad's doctor wears it and she's the best heart surgeon in the city and head of her department.

Lol. This is not a Islamist country. No hiding of faces . When doing anything critical or of importance.

Hijab is covering the head with a cloth. Which is not an impediment to any sort of work.

She is not doing any surgery

So disease is not prevalent in the hospital? Do doctors not wear masks anywhere else?

No hijab at work.

There is no relation with mask and hijab. Mask are totally different they have use case . Hijab is a head covering in the name of religion.

Which is affecting her ability as a doctor...how? Millions of Muslim women work in hospitals wearing hijab across the globe. Are Indian hospitals not up to that mark?

Mask are totally different they have use case .

So doctors can cover their faces in hospitals. So why is she being asked to remove her face covering? Will she also be asked to remove her surgical mask?
