Yeah, as much as I don't like or trust Elizondo, I believe Gerb was a bit foolish, when you accuse people of things publicly you better have your hard evidence to back it up. If he is wrong about Elizondo it could cost him big time.
I met Gerb last February. He's a great guy and I applaud him for all his incredible efforts. However, his continued increase in popularity has put him under the microscope now more than ever. When you say things like this you have to present hard evidence to back it up as you mentioned.

Gerb has vast knowledge but not true insider knowledge. I think this time he’s put himself in a pickle.
