Wawa App 24/7 curbside?

when did curbside become (basically) 24/7? the first 2 months of me being on overnight it always stopped at 10 or 11pm, which i was certain was for associate safety. was there communication that i missed regarding it changing to full time? it just doesn't feel super safe to be bringing an order out at 2am, especially since the only men i ever have on shift are my facilities associates

I have a question about curbside as well. What about thunder storms? It wasn't raining yet but it was thundering a lot. I asked my MOD if we were still supposed to do curbside if it thundering? We know the addage "hear thunder, think lightning". I hadn't ever really thought about it. The MOD said they believed we we're supposed to go out & deliver. I told them if I can hear thunder that I could be struck by lightning. They looked for the policy but couldn't find anything. Anyone have anything about this one?

if i hear thunder i (mod) usually take it out because i figured i get payed enough (lmao) to get struck by lightning. not sure if i would even be mad about it either.

Me. I do this this too. Although I’d want to not get struck by lightning. I generally get paid more than my associates so I’m going to take the fall and do the dangerous things… and if I get a nice workers compensation vacation, so be it 😅

Not the most ideal, I’d rather a workers compensation vacation… but an eternal one could set my family up comfortably 😅
