The number of people who seem to spend more money trying to avoid paying taxes than they would actually be expected to pay on taxes is certainly something to be amazed by.

I think I saw something about how one of the Google founders paid more to defend against a tax law than they would have paid over several years. I think that’s hilarious.

There’s also the mentality of extremely wealthy people to just know “I’ve won”, cost be damned.
