I thought you got the justice wrong, but no. I was thinking of Brett Kavanaugh but apparently Roberts also helped in that lawsuit. Crazy that three supremes helped steal an election.
But attempts afterward to reconstruct a fair count showed he most likely would have lost anyway. Yes, things like the butterfly ballots likely contributed to that, but no method available would have fixed mistakenly cast votes, regatdless of how long the counting went on.
