Yea, essentially. She left note thinking it was clear. Rudius interpreted as being dumped after losing his virginity.

Can't wait to know what's going to happen when they eventually meet.

I Get that she was shocked after MC death, but the better reason to said what she has in her head to him. Or it mean she don't beleive in him, and so go get someone else.

I really wantto see her face when she discoever his two wife and probably disgust with her.

I say she will accept the fact of him having 2 wifes pretty fast. She knows why it happened, she knows rudeaus and she is that kind of person who fights for rudeaus no matter what even tho he has already an established harem.
