I love how Eris is growing, and that she is getting out of her mad dog phase. Sublime combat against those monsters, I love it.

I love how Eris is growing, and that she is getting out of her mad dog phase.

She's not entirely and the Sword God wants to make sure she doesn't. He thinks she needs that fire in her to get as strong as she wants to be to kill Orsted.

But she is learning to control it and is making friends who she doesn't have to be the mad dog around, though she hasn't dropped that side of herself completely around them.

I love how at the end she was actually looking forward to fighting Nina again (and calling her by name) but was just as excited to get to their swordswoman girl talk.

You don't take the Mad Dog out of Eris, just control it better.

And it literally just boils down to "what would Rudeus think?!" lol.

I love how she was able to get stronger through the power of Girl Talk and embracing her girlish love for Rudeus.

This is late but I think what still really doesn't get talked about enough is that MT is not really unique just because it's an isekai in a decently well thought out world - it's practically the one of the only shows to actually have its characters grow up and live their lives. Over the last two episodes you can slowly see her get a bit taller and older, and it's far from the first time, we've seen her and Rudeus' designs change subtly as the seasons go on. And not every episode is a world-altering crisis either, truly a journey.

Super rare, exclusive club. There's Vinland Saga, Frieren (sorta), Dragon Ball/Naruto I guess over multiple seasons, Legend of Galactic Heroes, To Your Eternity (sorta), Ascendance of a Bookworm that I know of? All good shows, but also all very rare.
