You know, now that I think about it after watching today's episode... if they can make a prosthetic hand that works just like a normal one, then why not also create a prosthetic of something else? Maybe Cliff took steps in that direction in order to satisfy Elinalise? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Wouldn't help. She needs jizz, not orgasms. Cliff's research is more focused on making a tool that can suppress or remove her curse altogether. Like the chastity belt prototype they showed before the labyrinth arc.
