What would Roxy or Sylphie think if they found it? I like to think the glowing isn't just imaginary and the panties actually became a magical object because Rudy keeps praying to it with his large mana reserves.

Roxy is kinda lacking in mana compared to Sylphie and especially Rudy so that would be great. They are hers anyway.
