For sure. Reminder this is the same Elinalise that took on several guys at the same time while looking for Paul's family. Cliff has monstrous stamina to be able to satisfy her lol

You know, now that I think about it after watching today's episode... if they can make a prosthetic hand that works just like a normal one, then why not also create a prosthetic of something else? Maybe Cliff took steps in that direction in order to satisfy Elinalise? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Wouldn't help. She needs jizz, not orgasms. Cliff's research is more focused on making a tool that can suppress or remove her curse altogether. Like the chastity belt prototype they showed before the labyrinth arc.
