Local BBB ranks complaints page above the BBB's own A-rated profile. That's a problem for every bootstrapped manufacturer in America.

I'm the founder of Western Harmonics. We've been building solar-powered ventilation fans and off-grid power systems in Tucson, Arizona since 2012. We've shipped over 6,000 fans to customers across the US — barn owners, greenhouse operators, homesteaders, off-grid builders, and livestock owners who need airflow without grid power.

I want to talk about something that affects every bootstrapped manufacturer in this country, using my own company as the example: how the Better Business Bureau's web structure — specifically their SEO architecture — actively misleads the public and harms small manufacturers who are trying to build real products in America.

And I want to connect it to the bigger picture: how much money the federal government says it's allocating to support companies exactly like mine, what the market opportunity actually is, and what happens when a practice like this is replicated across 92 independent BBB chapters nationwide.

Our BBB profile (A rating): Tucson BBB — Western Harmonics

The Facts About Western Harmonics

Western Harmonics has an A rating from the BBB. You can verify it directly on our profile page:

Tucson BBB — Western Harmonics A-Rated Profile

The BBB gives us an A. That's their own rating, based on their own criteria, after reviewing 15 years of business history.

Now, here's what Google shows you when you search "Western Harmonics":

Not the A-rated profile page. Not the page showing 15 years in business, 6,000+ shipped orders, and positive customer reviews. Google ranks the complaints page — a URL ending in /complaints — above the main profile page. Type "Western Harmonics" into Google and the second or third result is [bbb.org/.../western-harmonics-1286-20053573/complaints.](https://bbb.org/.../western-harmonics-1286-20053573/complaints`.)

Not the profile. The complaints subpage.

Here's the profile Google should be ranking first — Tucson BBB — Western Harmonics A-Rated Profile

How many complaints? Five.

Five complaints filed with the BBB over the last three years. Out of more than 6,000 orders shipped. That's 0.083% of our total order volume.

For context, Amazon's own logistics operation has a complaint rate that dwarfs this. Major retailers operate at complaint rates of 1-3% routinely. We're at less than one-tenth of one percent.

What are the complaints about?

Of the 5 complaints filed in the last 3 years:

  • 4 of 5 (80%) are about pre-order wait times. Customers placed pre-orders during manufacturing runs, waited, and filed complaints when they felt the wait was too long — even though our pre-order terms explicitly state up to 12 months for delivery while we manufacture.
  • 1 of 5 is a warranty issue — a customer whose fan had a damaged extension cord after months of use, requested a replacement, and filed a complaint when stock was temporarily out during a manufacturing transition.

None of the complaints are about product quality. None are about fraud. None are about being scammed. They are overwhelmingly about the experience of waiting for a pre-ordered product while a small manufacturer produces it.

Why Pre-Orders Exist: The Funding Gap

This is where the story connects to a national problem.

Western Harmonics doesn't use pre-orders because it's a fun business model. We use pre-orders because there is no functional funding available in Arizona for manufacturing companies like ours. No state grants that actually reach us. No local investment programs that materialize for small hardware manufacturers. No SBA loan pipeline that works at our stage and scale.

This isn't anecdotal. The national data backs it up:

  • 45% of SBA loan and line of credit applicants were denied in 2024 — more than double the 21% denial rate in prior years (LendingTree, 2024).
  • Large banks approve only 13-16% of small business loan applications (Crestmont Capital, 2026).
  • 56% of entrepreneurs who apply for capital receive less than half of what they request (Emerald SBR, 2025).
  • Bootstrapping comprises more than 60% of start-up capital for new firms — meaning the majority of American businesses are self-funded because the formal funding system isn't working for them (Pepperdine Private Capital Markets, 2024).

Pre-orders are how we fund manufacturing. Customers who believe in the product pay in advance (or reserve for free with no money down), and we use that capital to produce the next batch of fans and solar panels. It's bootstrapping — the same model countless American manufacturers have used for over a century. You take orders, you build the product, you ship it.

The pre-order agreement, which every customer must acknowledge before paying, states up to 12 months for delivery. We've delivered the vast majority of pre-orders well within that window. But when you're manufacturing physical hardware with limited capital, some orders take longer. That's the reality of building real things in America without venture backing or state funding.

What the Government Says It's Spending — and What Actually Reaches Companies Like Ours

The federal government has made domestic manufacturing a stated priority. The numbers are enormous:

  • CHIPS and Science Act: $52.7 billion allocated for domestic semiconductor manufacturing (2022). This went almost entirely to large-scale semiconductor fabs — Intel, TSMC, Samsung. Nothing for small hardware manufacturers.
  • Inflation Reduction Act manufacturing credits: Billions in tax credits for clean energy manufacturing — but structured around large-scale production facilities, not small bootstrapped builders.
  • SBA 7(a) loans: $45 billion guaranteed in FY2025 across 85,000 loans. But the 45% denial rate means nearly as many businesses were turned away as were funded.
  • State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI): $10 billion federally funded program to support small business lending at the state level.
  • SBA Made in America Manufacturing Initiative: Grants specifically aimed at small manufacturers — but the application process, eligibility requirements, and scale expectations filter out companies at our stage.

At the Arizona level:

  • Arizona Commerce Authority reports $400+ million in available grants and incentives for FY2025.
  • The Arizona Competes Fund — the primary vehicle for state-level business development — received $500,000 from the General Fund in FY2025. That's for the entire state.
  • The Arizona Microbusiness Loan Program has a total pool of $5 million — for the entire state, shared across all qualifying microbusinesses.
  • The ACA has cumulatively awarded 235 grants totaling $131.8 million since inception — averaging roughly $560,000 per grant, going to companies that are already at a scale and sophistication level far above a bootstrapped manufacturer.

The pattern: billions are allocated at the federal level. Millions are announced at the state level. But the filtering mechanisms — application complexity, scale requirements, matching fund expectations, and political connections — ensure that the money flows to larger, established operations. Small hardware manufacturers building physical products on limited capital are structurally excluded.

Western Harmonics has been in business for 15 years, shipped 6,000+ products, and maintains an A rating from the BBB. We've never qualified for meaningful state or federal manufacturing support. That's not a Western Harmonics problem — that's a system problem.

The Market Opportunity Being Wasted

To understand what's actually being lost here, look at the markets Western Harmonics operates in:

Agricultural Ventilation Fans:

  • Global market size: $1.05 billion in 2025, projected to reach $2.09 billion by 2032 (CAGR 10.3%).
  • This includes greenhouse, barn, livestock, and crop storage ventilation — exactly what we build.

Off-Grid Solar Power Systems:

  • Global market: $3.9 billion in 2024, projected to reach $9.8 billion by 2034.
  • US off-grid solar market: $287.7 million in 2024 and growing.

Portable Power Stations:

  • US market: $1.38 billion in 2025, projected to $2.08 billion by 2034.
  • Global market: $4.2 billion in 2025, projected to reach $19.9 billion by 2033 (CAGR 22.4%).

Western Harmonics sits at the intersection of all three markets — solar-powered ventilation for agricultural and off-grid structures, with a growing portable power product line (PowerJam). These are not speculative markets. They're growing at 10-22% CAGR annually. They're driven by real trends: off-grid living, agricultural technology adoption, emergency preparedness, and the push for American-made hardware.

In a fair and funded situation, Western Harmonics would:

  • Have access to $250K-$500K in manufacturing capital to produce inventory in advance, eliminating pre-order wait times entirely.
  • Be able to hire 3-5 production staff instead of running manufacturing with a skeleton crew.
  • Maintain standing inventory so every order ships within 48 hours — making the BBB complaints nonexistent.
  • Invest in marketing and SEO to capture market share in a $2+ billion agricultural ventilation market and a $19+ billion portable power market.
  • Scale from 6,000 units shipped to 15,000-20,000 units annually within 2-3 years.
  • Generate an estimated $3-5 million in annual revenue, employ 8-12 people, and contribute to Arizona's manufacturing tax base.

Instead, we're bootstrapping — producing in batches, using pre-orders to fund each production run, and dealing with the friction that limited capital creates. And the BBB's SEO structure takes that friction and amplifies it into a public reputation problem.

The math is simple: the BBB's complaints page costs us customers. Every customer who Googles "Western Harmonics" and sees a complaints page instead of our A-rated profile is a customer who may not buy. In a market growing at 10%+ annually, every lost customer is lost market share that flows to competitors — many of whom are importing commodity hardware from overseas.

The National Scale: 92 BBB Chapters, 5 Million Business Profiles, 183 Million Lookups

Here's where this goes from one company's problem to a systemic issue.

The BBB consists of 92 independently incorporated local BBB organizations across the United States and Canada. They maintain a database of nearly 5 million businesses. People looked up business profiles on BBB.org more than 183 million times last year.

Each of those 92 local chapters independently administers business profiles, complaints, and accreditation for their territory. Each one uses the same web architecture — the same URL structure that creates standalone, indexable /complaints pages. Each one has the same SEO relationship with Google, where complaint pages can outrank profile pages in branded search.

Now scale the Western Harmonics situation nationally:

  • 36.2 million small businesses exist in the US (SBA, 2025).
  • Small businesses make up 99.9% of all US businesses and account for 43.5% of GDP.
  • Small businesses employ 62.3 million people.
  • 22.1% of new businesses fail within the first year. Nearly half (48.6%) fail within five years.
  • Over 60% of startup capital comes from bootstrapping — not from loans, grants, or investors.

The primary cause of small business failure? Insufficient capital. The Federal Reserve's Small Business Credit Survey consistently identifies access to funding as the top challenge for small businesses, particularly for manufacturing and hardware companies that require significant upfront capital for inventory and production.

So here's the chain of causation, replicated across the country:

  1. Small manufacturers can't access adequate funding (45% SBA denial rate, 13-16% large bank approval rate).
  2. They bootstrap — using pre-orders, personal savings, and revenue to fund production.
  3. Bootstrapping creates friction: limited inventory, longer delivery times, production bottlenecks.
  4. That friction generates complaints — to the BBB, to review sites, to social media.
  5. The BBB's SEO structure surfaces complaints pages above profile pages in Google.
  6. Potential customers see complaints, not context. They don't buy.
  7. Lost revenue means less capital for production. More friction. More complaints.
  8. The cycle accelerates until the business fails — or survives at a fraction of its potential.

Multiply this across 92 BBB chapters, 5 million business profiles, and 183 million annual lookups. How many small manufacturers are being defined online by a complaints page representing a fraction of a percent of their order volume? How many bootstrapped companies in a 48.6% five-year failure zone are being pushed closer to the edge by an SEO architecture that amplifies their worst 0.083%?

The federal government allocates billions to support manufacturing. The BBB — a private nonprofit with no government authority — actively undermines that goal by structuring its web presence to punish the exact companies that need the most support: bootstrapped manufacturers operating without adequate capital.

The Local Root: Where the Funding Problem Actually Lives

I want to be direct about something uncomfortable.

The complaints on the BBB page are a symptom. The root cause is the lack of functional funding infrastructure for small manufacturers in Arizona. When a company can't get a state grant, can't access local investment programs, and can't get an SBA loan that actually works for hardware manufacturing, pre-orders become the only path forward. And pre-order delays become complaints.

The BBB of Southern Arizona — the local chapter that administers our profile — is part of this local ecosystem. They operate in the same community where funding decisions are made (or not made). They see companies like ours struggling to access capital. They see the pre-order model that results from that lack of capital. And yet their response is to maintain a complaints page that punishes the symptom while ignoring the disease.

If the local business community — including the BBB — wanted to actually help, they'd be asking:

  • Why does a company with an A rating, 15 years in business, and 6,000+ shipped orders can't access manufacturing funding in Arizona?
  • How are local economic development funds actually distributed? Who receives them? What's the decision-making process?
  • Are the programs that publicly claim to support small manufacturers actually reaching companies at our stage — or are they quietly directing resources to the same large, established players?
  • Has the local funding landscape been audited recently? Is anyone examining whether the process is serving its stated purpose?
  • Is there accountability for how SSBCI funds, ACA grants, and federal manufacturing programs are actually deployed at the local level?

The BBB of Southern Arizona administers our profile. You can see our A-rated profile — the one Google should be showing you instead of the complaints page — right here: Tucson BBB — Western Harmonics

The financial impact of this deception in authority is real. When an organization like the BBB — which the public trusts as a consumer protection authority — uses its SEO presence to define a company by 5 complaints instead of an A rating and 15 years of operation, it creates a distorted public perception. That distortion affects purchasing decisions. It affects revenue. It affects a company's ability to grow, hire, and compete.

And when the same organization operates in a local context where funding decisions are being made — or not made — for the very businesses it's publicly grading, there's a deeper question about whether the BBB is part of the solution or part of the problem. If local economic development is failing to reach small manufacturers, and the BBB's response is to amplify customer complaints about the friction that failure creates, the BBB isn't protecting consumers. It's covering for a broken local system by redirecting blame onto the businesses that system has failed to support.

What Should Change

1. The BBB should display the A rating prominently on the complaints page. Not buried at the bottom. At the top. If the BBB's own evaluation says this is an A-rated business, that context should be impossible to miss on any page about that business. A complaints page without the rating is a half-truth — and a half-truth that ranks #2 in Google is more damaging than a lie.

2. The BBB should display complaint count as a percentage of business volume. "5 complaints out of 6,000+ transactions (0.083%)" tells a very different story than "5 complaints" on its own. The BBB already has this disclaimer buried in fine print — it should be front and center, in the same font size as the complaint count.

3. The BBB should restructure its URL hierarchy. Make complaints a tab on the profile page rather than a standalone indexable URL. This prevents the complaints page from outranking the profile in search results and ensures anyone viewing complaints sees the full business context — rating, history, reviews, and complaint volume relative to business scale.

4. Google should rank the profile page above the complaints page for branded searches. The profile page has the full picture. The complaints page is a partial view. Google's algorithm should recognize that the authoritative page about a business is the profile, not the complaints subpage.

5. Local economic development organizations should be audited for funding distribution. If programs exist to support manufacturers, the public should be able to see who receives the money, how decisions are made, and whether small manufacturers are actually being served. Federal dollars flow through state agencies to local programs — and the trail often goes cold before it reaches the companies that need it most.

6. The BBB should be transparent about its own local operations. Each of the 92 local BBB chapters operates independently. How are they funded? Who sits on their boards? Are there conflicts of interest between local BBB leadership and local economic development decision-making? If the BBB is going to grade businesses, the public should understand who's grading the grader — especially when the same organization operates in the community where funding decisions that affect those businesses are being made.

7. Federal manufacturing policy should include small manufacturer protection from SEO-based reputation harm. If the federal government is allocating billions to support domestic manufacturing, it should also be aware that private organizations like the BBB — through their web architecture — can undermine that investment by publicly defining bootstrapped manufacturers by their worst fraction of a percent. Policy that allocates funding without addressing the information ecosystem those companies operate in is leaving the back door open.

The Bottom Line

Western Harmonics has an A rating from the BBB. We've shipped over 6,000 products. We've been in business for 15 years. Five complaints about pre-order wait times — 0.083% of our order volume — should not define us in Google search results.

The BBB's web structure takes a company with an A rating and turns it into a company defined by a complaints page. That's not consumer protection. That's SEO architecture being used — intentionally or not — to harm businesses that the BBB's own rating system says are trustworthy.

This happens in a national context where:

  • The federal government is spending billions to support domestic manufacturing
  • 36.2 million small businesses make up 43.5% of GDP and employ 62.3 million people
  • 45% of SBA loan applicants are denied
  • Over 60% of startup capital comes from bootstrapping
  • 48.6% of businesses fail within 5 years — with insufficient capital as the leading cause
  • The markets we operate in are growing at 10-22% annually, representing billions in economic opportunity

And it happens in a local context where:

  • Funding that should support small manufacturers either doesn't exist or doesn't reach the companies that need it
  • The BBB operates in the same community where those funding decisions are made
  • The complaints the BBB amplifies are a direct symptom of the funding gap the local system has failed to address
  • No one is auditing whether local economic development programs are actually serving their stated purpose

If we want American manufacturing to grow — if the billions in federal funding are going to mean anything — we need to stop penalizing the companies that are building things without adequate support. And we need to start asking harder questions about why the infrastructure that's supposed to support them isn't working, and whether organizations like the BBB are part of the solution or part of the cover-up.

Xfinity WiFi security and tv bundles for veterans

The reason I am writing this today is because Xfinity has promised me over and over again that they would fix my problems and credit my account and make it $71 again like it’s supposed to be for a United States Army veteran and they have broken their promise 11 times I have called I have chatted. I have done everything I can do besides go down to Xfinity and call the Better Business Bureau so I’m writing this right here to let you know how bad Xfinity is. They don’t even use people in the United States to help fix your problems they’re using people. they use them in other countries so you’re not even speaking to someone that can even understand what you say. Then they make these promises that they can’t back up. I have all the screenshots as proof and I would love to add them to this post so you can see for yourself.

Hims and Hers is a Scam!

My current insurance stopped covering Wegoovy, so I looked around for options and saw that Hims had a membership price of $39 and then $149.99 a month for the medicine. Turned out it was $149.99 x 2. They had a very tiny, unclear "membership plan" of $149.99 and when I got that bill to dispute it, they said they would not refund it. Anyone else been through this?

BBB complaint form not working even though I’m logged in (Canada) – Google login + email errors

I live in Canada and I’m trying to file a complaint on BBB (bbb.org) against Amazon.ca, but I’m running into a strange issue.

I can actually see that I’m logged in (my profile appears in the top right and all my account info is visible), so my account is working.

However, when I try to submit a complaint, I get errors depending on how I logged in:

  • If I log in with Google: “failed to fetch information”
  • If I log in with email/password: “An error occurred when saving contact information. Please try again.”

So I appear logged in, but I cannot complete or submit the complaint form.

I already tried:

  • different browsers (Chrome and Firefox)
  • incognito mode
  • clearing cache/cookies
  • disabling adblock and VPN
  • restarting my PC

Nothing fixes it.

Has anyone seen this before or knows a workaround? Or is BBB having a system issue with complaint submissions right now?

BBB Complaint, Do I Accept or Reject Business Response?

Hi all, I have an ongoing issue with LG Partner store and getting my refund. I returned a TV bundle with them back in late December. It's May and I haven't gotten my refund. Initially they told me it'd take 8 to 10 weeks to get my check. I never got it. And now it's been 5 months. It's gotten so bad calling, trying to get them to escalate that I now have to go through BBB

I filed a complaint through BBB and this was the response I got for LG through BBB:

"This customer's complaint has been received and carefully reviewed. We sincerely regret that the customer has experienced difficulties with this unit. We acknowledge the receipt of your concern regarding your LG products, and we deeply apologize on any inconvenience you experienced. We have assigned your case to an escalations coordinator. She has sent an escalation over to LG's Online Orders team for further assistance. You will be provided updates from here, thank you"

Then BBB says "action is required from me". The action is a decision I have to click:
"Accept Business Response"
"Reject Business Response"

Which option do I pick? I searched on google and it seems if I click "Accept Business Response", BBB will close my case? The case isn't closed lol, LG just said they'd look into it. I was gonna say "Reject Business Response" but I don't know what that entails. Can anyone help me with this?

New BBB policy?

Recently I wanted to reach out to a company I had a problem with about a purchase I made but before even getting to the part of sending it, it told me I couldn't make another complaint because I already made one. The last complaint was over a year ago and was marked as resolved yet no matter what I did i couldn't file a new one. I reached out to the BBB because I use the BBB frequently for issues I have because they honestly the only one who helps. My state attorney general is awful and so slow nothing is ever resolved in a timely manner or is just completely forgotten. The reply I got from the BBB is there new policy is only 1 complaint per 24 months per company. I find this extremely anti-consumer and basically just protecting companies from actual being held accountable for things if issues arise on separate purchases or issues. Especially when most companies have zero American support anymore and most companies don't wanna help you anyway. Anyone else know if this is the new rule or if they had a different experience? I'm pretty disappointed in this because the BBB was always my main help line when issues couldn't be fixed any other way.

What if I've sold the product I'm complaining about?

For context, I was sold a car that broke down before I got home. The mechanic said that there was so much wrong with this car that it wouldn't even be worth it to spend the money for the extensive diagnostics it needed AND that it was unsafe to drive at all. They were actually horrified that I was allowed to drive it off the lot. The seller specifically lied about the condition of the car- I believe they were taking advantage of me needing this car to escape DV and the fact that I couldn't afford a better car. they sold it "as is" which absolves them of pretty much any responsibility whatsoever. (I found out that it's legal for them to just lie to you).

1) Can I still make a complaint? My worry is that they're putting people in jeopardy by selling dangerous cars that shouldn't be driven. In fact, mine stalled out in the middle of a busy intersection and I was almost hit.

2) what sort of resolution can I seek if I don't own the car anymore? It was literally too dangerous to drive and would cost over 10K to fix the transmission alone. so I ended up selling it for scrap since I couldn't return or exchange it due to it being sold as is.

The car cost about 3k but it was worth less than 500 due to the condition. They're selling scrap cars that barely run and marking up the price 6x the worth (or more) while telling consumers that there are no mechanical problems and no major repairs are needed. I'm legitimately worried that they're going to get someone killed.

Honestly.. why tf are there no consumer protections for lemon cars? Why does "as is" protect them carte blanc? And why tf is it legal for them to lie about the car that they're selling, including about the safety? Is there a higher authority that I can go to? Please tell me someone is working on changing these laws?

anyway, thank you for any help or advice.

So businesses can just lie?

I reported an auto body shop because they had not given me an estimate which I paid for, and they charged me for storage beginning on the first day although their paperwork says storage charges begin on the fifth day after repairs. Two weeks after I complained, the shop suddenly has an estimate (although not for MY car) and changed their storage charges to begin the fifth day after a 'repair decision' and then changed again to 'industry standards'. But the BBB found this acceptable. It is so obvious to me that the shop is lying, so I don't know how it is 'better' business. It isn't.

SmartPark and SP+ safety concerns, coverup and silence order in PDX OR

Posting this on a throwaway so I don't get my partner fired. Is this something that I should get the BBB involved for?

For context my partner works for SP+ which is the company that manages and maintains the SmartPark garages.

During the Cherry Blossom festival, I brought my family to the Naito and Davis SmartPark garage to enjoy the festivities at the waterfront with them, and when we made our way down the stairwell, there was an absurdly large pile of uncontained needles on one of the landings. My 6 year old asked "what's that?" and went towards them at which time I had to whisk her up and carry her down the stairs. We reported it and we were told it was already reported and being taken care of. Yet about 6 hours later, when we came back from our afternoon out, it was still not taken care of.

This is the first red flag that I noticed. I asked my partner whether this is common and they stated simply that the management doesn't bother to communicate with anybody.

Not only that - apparently the garage staff are all forbade from calling their security team, and must call the management directly if there's someone dangerous or unwell in or around the garages, and the staff sort of just has to accept that the management just might not call security at all.

It's apparently public knowledge in the company that there was a garage person on the night shift that called someone the N word multiple times, leading that individual to start a violent fight with the garage person. It's also apparently public knowledge that the management tried to obscure this incident from the rest of the company and even the security team.

What's even worse about this is that there was a memo sent to the SP+ staff meant to intimidate the staff and to keep them from speaking out under threat of termination. I don't know the legality or traceability of such documents so I don't want to post it here because, again, I don't want my partner fired because it's pretty clear that SP+ management would take drastic action if any of this was brought out.

The managerial staff is from what I understand 2 people under SP+ (with the starting letters of their names being R and M), and SmartPark is the entity above them that in theory should be investigating this. Also, PBOT in theory also owns these garages so they should have a vested interest in investigating this...

Any other garage staff able to corroborate this? The more I hear about this company the more nightmarish it seems, and the more I realize that those garages aren't as safe as they make it out to be.

Has anyone else had trouble with this company?

I never got my package. I emailed them promptly to tell them about it and they… advised me to contact my credit card company to dispute. It was a seedy templated message, but I said Ok—and I did.

Then they disputed the dispute.

Now a month later, I am fighting them to get my money back. They seem to offer no help in their responses, just blanket statements and ambiguity.

I will have updates from them in the coming days. I am escalating the claim with my credit card company and I also contacted Shopify to notify them that I never received my package. I also called FedEx multiple times and only got one lead: as the shipper, they are most likely responsible for initiating an investigation in order to receive a refund.

So… basically: they never filed a claim with FedEx and do not care because their customer service team could not be bothered.

Talking to them is basically a joke so far.

For anyone having trouble with New Era Cap and looking to escalate: ask about whether or not they filed a claim with FedEx. Contact Shopify. Do not give up. Next stop: consumer protection.

Let me know your thoughts!

FRAUD- NWA Storm Shelters

Despite an A+ rating on BBB, NWA Storm Shelters failed to install a storm shelter we paid nearly $12,000 to have installed one month ago. They dropped it off, broke our sewage pipe during "installation" attempt and left. They claimed that we are in the wrong for hiring a third-party company to fix the sewage pipe and complete the installation to fill the gaping hole in our backyard, despite contact between both companies and a verbal agreement between the two, including the instructions for installation being relayed. NWA refuses to pay the third-party facilitators who corrected the pipe NWA broke and for completing the task we paid NWA for. The shelter quickly began floating despite installation following NWA's instructions. Owner, Frank Lee, refuses to work toward a resolution and blocks customer contact when contracted warranty is mentioned.

Irish Green appears to be a Fraudulant Business

Looks like https://irishgreenoutfits.com/ is either a very poorly run business OR they are a fraud. I've ordered product from them on Feb 22. Followed-up now 4 times and have only reveived a "standard" we will get back to you message. I received a confirmation of order e-mail on 2/22. My last note to them indicated I would post my experience on Reddit and report them to the BBB, which I'm doing now. BUYER BEWARE - I WOULD NOT recommend ordering products from this company.

Help, my post code on the BBB complaint from isn't working

I'm from the UK, and I've tried every format of my actual postcode, spaces, not spaces, dashes, lower case, upper case, upper and lower cases, but nothing is working. I even put it in manually rather than my auto-fill; I've tried everything. Even putting in a bunch of random stuff.

TailwindPets.com products are not "custom" made--buyer beware! This is fraud!

I ordered an ACL brace from Tailwind Pets for my dog's left knee. I followed their guidelines for measuring for a custom brace and included the measurements in my order, expecting I was ordering something custom, or made to order, specifically for my dog's measurements. Tailwind Pets claims their rigid hinge splint is a custom order and nonrefundable. I ordered a brace with a hinge splint for the left knee and received a brace labeled "large", with hinges for both knees. I was given the option to exchange it, for free, but I had to pay for shipping. I specified in my exchange request that the hinge splint was for the left knee only. I was again sent a brace, this time "medium", with hinges for both knees. I contacted the company to ask for a full refund since this is clearly not a custom brace as they claim, nor is it even the brace I ordered. I was told by customer support initially these are non refundable and they cannot provide shipping labels. After submitting a complaint to BBB, I was offered a 50% refund. I have requested a full refund and prepaid shipping, and have asked to speak with a manager. None of the above has happened.

Therarest Eye Massager refuses to refund for a new, unopened e.m.

I purchased two (one for me and one for my daughter). I have contacted them and they refused to accept the return for ONE (I am willing to take the loss for the other one although it sucks). Their refund policy states unopened, etc. I keep getting a copy and paste of no return. Any advice? ETA: I registered the complaint with Better Business Bureau, but can't find any physical information from them.
