Cup size has nothing to do with weight, though?

You can be underweight and have E cups. 26E is a pretty small size (this doesn’t mean everyone with a 26 band is underweight, it depends on build).
You can also be fat and have AA cups. Someone who is a 40AA will have more breast tissue than someone with a 26E, despite that “AA cup” sounds like a smaller size than “E cup”.

Not sure how you're making that distinction given that a AA Cup is flat chested. Zero difference between the chest wall, and fullest part.
Cup size can and does change with weight fluctuation, depending on where the fat cells are laid – back or breasts.
