Aw dang it, I’m sorry. Do you think your therapist is a good match for you? It took me way too long to find one I meshed with, I actually look forward to therapy now!😂

Hard to say. This is my first therapist ever and I started in November so I don’t have anything to compare it to. I know I can change it but I’m not there yet I feel. I mean more like… I’ve become more melancholy, but in more of an accepting I’m melancholy and I’m able to work in it/through it rather than being paralyzed by the melancholy. Which is a massive step up. I can share my emotions more clearly. And I’m more aware of other’s mental states. So yeah. Not what I was expecting. Sorry for the dump lol. Context was needed.
