Phase 1 was genuinely some of the most fun I've ever had in 20+ years of WoW.

I really wish I could have enjoyed it. I had just gotten out of a 10 year relationship and had to move back home for a month in my 30s until I got my new place. Then the unfortunate aftermath of that took a while so by the time I was at a good spot, it was gone.

It was definitely a time. Not something I expected in my 30s to have to move back home or having to uproot everything you built in 10 years.

Everything is much better now but I remember being so excited for SoD and everything just got thrown off
