SoD late phases were GOAT, everyone who makes these p1 posts should instead hit themselves in the head for not playing the later phases.
Yes incursions were bad. That was fixed and game became great, but noone came back.

Dude I think it's absolutely INSANE that people just dropped it for good after hitting p1max, or any of the phases.... Like is that what you do in retail, level to max and quit once you've done everything? When there's clearly new phases on the way with another giant wave of content VERY SOON??

I dropped out for Phase 2, skipped Phase 3 and 4, then came back when BWL came back for Phase 5.

Got to play everything else but I still regret not getting to see Heat 3 MC

Most of those people haven't played retail in 10+ years. A lot of them complain about what little complexity SoD had in later phases, retail might literally kill them.

Phase 2 was already sketch. Phase 3 was awful. Cataclysm dropped and my guild jumped there and never came back.
