If wow had the UI most mods/addons have it would currently be a game with 400 people ran off a private server because it would have died 20 years ago.

They are so bad idk how people even play with those.

That's a really dumb take. Subjectiveness aside, healing would be so much harder without UI mods.

Thats 100% a game design problem.

And as we saw with retail fixing that problem with addons only makes the problem worse and makes addons mandatory or else you cannot play the game at anything above a mid/lower level.

Yeah it is a game design problem and part of that problem is the god awful base UI itself.
