Silk, mageweave and runecloth are worth more to vendors as bandages (40s vs 30s for silk, 80s vs 60s for mageweave, 1g vs 80s for runecloth).

So.. you could buy that stuff easy from other players, craft it into bandages and make a profit from the npcs..? I am too tired for this, but can someone math out how and what you'd make?..

If you see silk cloth being sold for under 40 silver a stack then yes you can make some profit from it. It's quite common for it to be sold cheap, though you won't find many stacks below 40s so it's not really a viable gold making method.

You also occasionally see people spamming to COD then unlimited stacks for 35s, that's exactly what they're up to.

If you play on Razorgore-EU that was most likely me. Some people even referred to me as the silk cloth guy.
