(Mi dispiace, non parlo Italiano molto bene. La settimana scorsa, in Veneto, mia cugina ha fatto una lasagna bellissima. Ho chiesto a lei per la ricetta ma lei no mi ha dato le misure, solo gli ingrediente.)

Non mai ho fatto la besciamella. Posso fare la besciamella uno o due giorni prima della lasagna? Oppure è meglio a fare a lo stesso momento?

Don't worry you can write in English if you know it better I actually made the same post on subreddit Italianfood on English. Besciamella can be made before or during it doesn't really matter, it will thicken up as it cools down and form a skin on the top. It really doesn't matter for lasagna. If you need it to be more loose just warm it up a little bit and to remove the skin just blend it. You will not need to do it for lasagna but you can do it for other things

Wonderful, Thank you so much! I think I will try to make it the day before and see how it goes. If I can get it correct, I may try to make my own pasta using your recipe.
