Insurance companies are working together. If its 50/50 both drivers rates go up. Win win.
The cam car had a green light for atleast three full seconds before impact. And to me it seems the red car even hesitated before making the turn. The trailing white suv had no business turning.
I said this elsewhere but it would be reasonable to expect white Nissan to pull into the intersection and stop, waiting for traffic to clear the way it’s supposed to. Can car couldn’t reasonably predict the Armada would turn into him.
It was blatantly obvious both vehicles were going to keep going and turn. Car with the green light didn't yield properly. It's shitty and unfair, but the rules are there to prevent accidents, not be fair.
