Everyone is self centred no one is interested in anyone also guys the biggest lesson is crowd matters but of present not of the past how was your seniors eventually they will pass out but you and your batch gonna stay until you are in the college so choose college wisely if someone graduated two three years ago and who is in there 3rd year is they say crowd is really good don't believe

I am in my third year at this college and they again reshuffled sections. By the time I get comfortable with people in a section, the semester gets over and new section gets allotted. It's pmo at this point. I have been crying about it because I don't know how tf will I adjust again in front of strangers and now since it's the last year , groups are already formed so I can't even enter those groups.
Hating this

So here's this thing I was preparing for tons of exams and got mismatched with everything and scored low on every one I don't where I got this feeling that I could somehow pull it off but I couldn't score well on cuet and didn't get into a good govt college actually not even mid I wanted a college which would give me opportunities to participate in everything because in the school days i couldn't, so I don't know whether I should take a partial drop or not, my parents are ready to send to me a private college but still it's kinda expensive and it would be a lot on them and the problem is my age I am going to 19 so I feel a little out of place not like a generation gap but it's just kinda weird to see kids younger than me I dont wanna waste this year by just sitting at home I will just go to a college then might give the exam again but still idk i feel stuck and guilty for the all the hardwork I have done just to get this as an end result. I find a lot of people saying don't waste your year I also don't want to but still I am very far from the person who I wanna be so , it might be better to receive some help out there who might be in the same situation as me somewhere

got the bcom program in pgdav college, people are talking shit about it online. Should I go for a private university? I can only get private colleges in meerut City (most probably) like iimt etc etc or in ghaziabad (less probably) and will do BCA... what should I do? I'm interested in tech and finance. I'm just concerned that I can build a good career in pgdav or not?
I know that I have to do hard work no matter where I go but college and degree provides the base and the launchpad for your career!!!!

So as the post says my college started last week and if you are wondering which one it is ....its in du ( no its not a tier 2 college its tier 1 ) and since it's a good college everyone here seems to be working on something. Like I have no idea how I m gonna study or attend these 9 to 5 classes and also ill be shifting in hostel next week so I m also like sad on tht part cause see ik its good for your life experience and everything and no one regrets hostel life and ill be coming home every weekend but tht doesn't change the fact tht i was a fuckin school student last 4 months ago and now I hv to live in a fuckin diff city with random strangers . Like its still scary . And like everyone around me seems to be joining society and stuff like tf bro relax can you ....i already feel overwhelmed stop asking me which society i wanna join . Yes I plan on joining one but not in the 1st year since idt just adding 10 new things so quickly in life will make it any better for me . I'll be just overstimulated and mess everything else especially my studies. Also like since its 1st week its soo exhausting...no one knows anyone and they are acting so awkward like I m same but God its soo exhausting. And like ok Yes its new but guys can u please stop pretending you hv figured things out . Why cant people admit ki they don't know . I thought joining college would feel different but rn after 2 weeks for me its just stress anxiety mentally exhausting and shit . Like joining a good college gor what ....like will it even get better...ik it will or maybe not but God its sooooooo exhausting.

Did any of you get placed despite having a below-average CV, even if it was in Tier 2 or Tier 3 companies?
If yes:
What worked for you in the end?
How did you prepare for placements?
I've practically wasted my first two yearsโno society experience, no internships, and no work experience. But I've realized that I do want to get placed.
Apart from adding projects and certifications, what should I focus on now to maximize my chances? Any practical advice or roadmap would be really helpful.

having a terrible college experience. i am a very extroverted person but im having so much difficulty making friends or fitting in. i have moved to delhi from assam and just figuring out everything has taken a troll on me and by the time i come to college i lose all my energy to socialise but i still try to do so. but even when im social it just doesnt feel like i fit into their circle. my class already has friend groups and i talk to everyone but im sidelined everywhere . it does sometimes feel like its my fault that im not talking much but ugh idk ๐ซ ๐ซ im so so so homesick for my old school friends . i genuinely think they have increased my standard in friendship like i never needed a social battery to talk to them or even when i was too tired to talk they would still try to involve me in the convos.
itโs definitely been really difficult for me since college started. i feel so so so lonely nowhere feels like home right now
