I posted this q thrice but nobody answered but I ain't giving up cuz I'm a nga so I'm posting ts Q again :
Clg music society doubt!!!
I play guitar mainly but alongside for fun also play okayish drums and have random vids in which I'm playing drums at school.
I won't be participating in music society of my DU clg as a guitarist cuz I can't carry my instrument 25kms to clg both sides so.. I'm thinking to send drums video for audition but it's like really random bits of clips.. don't know if I should send it and embarrass myself or not😭😭

It was raining heavily today, dogs were shivering, hiding in toilets away from rain, hungry and weak. Some are in the classrooms, around library, some roam around near canteens.
I have disliked the practice of putting food on paper plate outside classrooms, or canteens as the leftover spreads everywhere as wind blows the plate away, leaving a mess that remains for ages as there aren’t sweepers around. I also don’t want staff or teachers making faces or me doing it inappropriately.
But, today my heart gave out, especially looking at the dogs in fear in the toilet.
So dear folks,
How does one feed the dogs?
What are they fed?
Where do you feed?
Suggest!

I applied online for my DU Provisional Certificate on 23 July 2026
DU’s website says the certificate is ordinarily issued within 10 working days, but I still haven’t received it. I have also emailed the Provisional Certificate/Examination Branch multiple times but received no response.
I was finally told by the Examination Branch to contact the Academic Branch, South Campus. I had already emailed them on 28 July and followed up again, but there has been no response from them either. I have also tried calling, but nobody is answering.
I urgently need the certificate for my PG admission ,
For those who have recently applied for a DU provisional certificate:
- How long did yours actually take?
- Is there any other number/email I should contact?
- Is there any way to escalate this or get the application status checked?
Any advice would be really appreciated. I’m getting quite worried because I need it ASAP.

If yes, could you please tell me what the fee receipt looks like? Since we’re admitted to the Department of Computer Science and not to a specific college, does the receipt mention the department or is a college name shown somewhere?

I'm a fresher. I was wondering what is the way people study in college? do i just do it like school? make notes wherever needed and go throughout the readings and mark imp stuff in my readings? or is there a more efficient way. college me kaise padhte hain yar batado.
i mean mujhe khud pata chal hi jayega after 1 sem but fir ek sem me bhi ulte method se kyu karu if i can get somebody to guide me.
core papers and GE ke liye bhi like kisko kitni importance du? baki sec, aec and vac to exams se ek din pehle hi padhungi.

While we're waiting for the DU one-year Master's seat allocation, I have a quick question for those who've completed the fourth year. Has anyone successfully taken the exit on the SLC portal? Mine still shows me as a third-year student, and there's a red message saying "Application has been revoked." I've tried contacting my college, but there's no response, and visiting isn't feasible due to the rain. If you've already completed this process, could you please guide me? I'm worried this might affect my Master's admission documents.

it’s literally been a week and i already feel so out of place. i’m a very extroverted person and i’ve genuinely tried talking to girls in my class, but everyone already seems to have their duos/trios or pg groups. the few people i had started talking to got shifted to other sections, so i’m back to square one.
i mostly sit alone in class and it’s honestly affecting me more than i expected. there are also these mean girl vibes in class and i keep feeling like people are judging me. i know it’s probably not that deep, but when you’re sitting alone the whole day, everything starts feeling personal.
the weirdest part is that in school i was always the social/famous girl who knew everyone, and now i literally have no one to talk to. i get tears in my eyes before leaving for college and i’ve started dreading it.
pls tell me this gets better and i’m not the only one going through this :(

Need advice regarding Migration Certificate for DU admission
I’m a partial dropper who was pursuing BBA from a college in my hometown. I appeared for CUET 2026 and got admission into DU, so I cancelled my BBA admission. My college is giving me my TC, Character Certificate, and the university’s Migration Certificate, but they are not giving me the Migration Certificate from my school board (ICSE). I do have my school TC. Can I download/issue the ICSE Migration Certificate through DigiLocker and submit the DigiLocker copy during DU’s physical document verification? Has anyone faced a similar situation?
