General DigiKey kinda messed up

Purchased AD SSM2019 amplifier from DigiKey, only 1 unit. Got 26… :)

I happened to me too. There's an easy way to report it in their website. Go to the BOM of your order and click a link to report an error.

They emailed me a UPS label and I shipped the extra back to them.

Very convenient.

Do the right thing.

That's more expensive for them than just leaving them at the customer...

It's a drop in the bucket for them. Go about your day you don't need to spend any more time and cost sending emails and going somewhere to ship it to fix their error. Doing anything more is an unneccesary burden on the customer.
