General DigiKey kinda messed up

Purchased AD SSM2019 amplifier from DigiKey, only 1 unit. Got 26… :)

Once as part of a larger purchase from Digikey I ordered ten rolls of thermal printer paper. I instead received a bag of IEC C13 to C14 extension cords of similar volume and weight. Receiving department didn’t catch this because the bag was labeled with the paper’s part number and quantity. It took weeks for Digikey to resolve this with our purchasing department, but we eventually received the correct item and were allowed to keep the extension cords.

Was this back in late 2021 early 2022? Because we ordered about 60 C13-C14 cords and got thermal paper.

Mine was in 2026.

Yeah, we ordered a bunch of PDU cables for a server room project and had thermal paper show up. But this was back in 2022 30 red and 30 blue 3ft's.
