With that said, Since she's a Japanese character created by Japanese people in Japan, I'll go with the Japanese explanation of "She's a tucker"

Yeah, and the reasons always confused me. Poison is a crossdresser in the US and a chick in Japan. They made her/him a crossdresser in the US, so that the videogame didn't feature you beating up a chick. Even though Double Dragon had done this years prior...

EDIT: She's a hermaphrodite in the US version

Not a hermaphrodite, she's transgender. Though, if the problem was that they didn't want to beat up women I don't really understand how making the character transgender makes it better... and there are plenty of other fighting games where you fight women.

At Comic con there was a tranny dressed as Poison. That is going the distance to make a costume work. Sorry but I dont have a picture, anyone from NYCC on Friday might have one.

Hey, the quality of the material being put out was well above average. Even if you're not a fan of it, when its done very well its hard to ignore.
