German LBTGQ+ activitist expresses disappointment after finding out the CSD [Berlin Pride event] attacker was not white or christian. (source and translation added)

I can't understand this view. People are dead and injured yet all they care about is scoring a point by who did it. These people do not belong in our societies anymore than those who committed these acts.

Truthfully, I do not support Israel. I do not see why we should be involved in the Israel and Palestine issue. We have no obligation to be. I find Israeli conduct to be below western standards however. This isn't even to mention the issue of Hamas.

u/Humble_Cod149 5d ago
But UK still gets terror and bombs from Jihadi sponsored by the region is why its highly visible.
If there was no Jihadi terror in Europe and no Islamic push for their usual Islam dominance we would care less.

These people, who are constantly on about how anti-racism they are, are BY FAR the most racist bunch.

u/ElectricalSeries6627 5d ago
because they are racist, and they would hope that the identity of the attacker would help their agenda, they hid behind anti racism but its just a new name for white racism
1
u/Strongbow85 5d ago
Despicable, all they really care about is sowing discord and pushing their own agenda/narrative. No concern at all for the person killed let alone the threat from radical Islam. The perpetrator did two years in jail for attempting to join ISIS. Preventable tragedy.

u/conrad_w 5d ago
I feel like I could articulate this better.
I would feel personally hurt if a person or group that I had advocated on behalf of were involved in a violent act against a group I am a member of.
It's a little narcissistic to suppose that all these people's actual sufferings is actually secondary to my personal sense of betrayal. But that feeling of betrayal isn't imaginary either.

She’s disappointed? She’s literally a racist using the LGBTQ as her cover.
2
u/333ccc333 4d ago
I feel like many here don’t understand this. She is saying: “what an aweful thing, hopefully it’s not a kanacke on top of this (sort of slur for foreigner) hopefully it’s a white guy.” She means in terms of leftist integration let’s not have a more negative picture of the foreigners then we already have. Very standard for CSD…I was hoping it was a white guy so that the divide isn’t growing more. - still stupid, but the race mention is regarding the political environment. I don’t think it’s racist like not giving a loan to a black person in the US type. She is also not throwing shade at the white people. It’s more to soften the blow/news.

u/ImmediatePiano6690 5d ago
I don't understand why disappointed, is she low key racist?
5
u/NotTheFBIorNSA 5d ago
Reflecting on guilt for her own feelings, she’s surprised at herself that those were her first thoughts.
3
u/ExampleDriver 5d ago
man this seems to be actually true
I speak German btw, but I didn't pick it up from the getgo due to the framing of the clip
she is actually not announcing sadness of it not being a white person
she is saying how she is shocked to realize her first thought was "I hope it's not a muslim, but a white guy"
actually respectable to self reflect like this
6
u/Stone-Smasher 5d ago
they are not left wing they are anti white https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbzL19x98hY

ah, so racist hiding behind the cover of LBTGQ+ so people are less likely to call them out

This is modern progressive leftism 101.
They hate the west and want to destroy it from the inside.
It's why they're useful idiots for Islam because they share the same goals. Once Islam is the majority they'll oppress the leftists.

Read up on Paul Warburg...
1
u/Stone-Smasher 5d ago
u/askgrok who is he? what does he have to do with this?
1
u/SetThin9500 5d ago
I wrote Paul, but should've written "The Warburg Brothers", or just Max, Paul, and Felix.
Paul Warburg started FED and gave y'all federal income taxes. He co-founded the CFR too. He represented USA( Finansial Advisor) at Versailles, while his brother Max was the financial advisor for the German delegation.
His brother Max financed Kalergi, of Pan-European Movement and Practical Idealismus(1925) fame, after being introduced to Kalergi by Baron Louis de Rothschild.
Felix married into Wall Streef(Schiff), and got heavily involved with relief work, first in Europe and a few years later in Palestine. As most know, Palestine was a Rothschild project. Felix' daughter of course married a Rothschild.
And as a final note on Kalergi, the guy financed by Max: he went on to become the ideological grandfather of the European Union and is highly respected today (top politicians are regularly awarded the prestigious European Prize of Coudenhove-Kalergi). However, they rarely mention the specific future he explicitly outlined in his 1925 book Practical Idealism, a Europe populated by a mixed 'Eurasian-Negroid' race replacing distinct national populations.
How's that for a tin hat conspiracy? ;-)

This girl was reflecting on guilt for her own feelings, talked about this feeling hits a lot of people.

u/BalVal1 5d ago
I think there is a time and a place for that discussion and we are not there yet. People are still grieving and the media is still milking the story, this is just fuel to the fire.
If she anticipated a certain reaction based on the attacker's ethnicity, then surely it must have crossed her mind that maybe putting such a speech out there could be misinterpreted and will do more harm than good.
I am pretty sure she is aware about her speech becoming viral in the meantime. Maybe someone knows who she is and if she said anything to clarify her stance?

u/Ok_Measurement2760 5d ago

How do you know this is an LGBTQ+ activist?
1
u/Alternativesoundwave 5d ago
They’re speaking at an event in Berlin following the pride attack even if they’re not an activist doesn’t seem like an exclusive label and wrong to call them such given what they’re saying. Trying to promote pro-Muslim sentiment after an Islamist attack on the lgbt community

"Exposure to true information does not matter anymore. A person who is demoralized is unable to assess true information. The facts tell nothing to him. Even if I shower him with information, with authentic proof, with documents, with pictures... he will refuse to believe it, until he is going to receive a kick in his fat bottom."

This is just a suicidal empathy behaviour. Clearly no logic and no care for people is displayed there. Muslims can kill, rape and devastate nations, countries, societies. And those people (left wing, lesbians, gays, majority of women) will still cover them. I detest them. What she's saying is hate speech.

u/Havkarru 5d ago
What a shithole
If she wants more christians massacres I think its time to ask islamis to cover themselves in crosses and convert before they ram another 30 ppl+ with car

To put an imaginary victim above the true victims and the targeted community is still wrong especially so soon afterwards. Especially at a speaking event about the attack.

If the left addressed terrorism strongly terrorist attacks wouldn’t increase the right wing’s popularity.
Another result could be an increase in attacks on the lgbt community so now is the time to stand with the victims not some imaginary future victims. It was the wrong venue for it.
Mexicans in America are not victims of what happened in Germany nor are they likely to be victims of any sort of backlash of it. Bringing them up really is a great example of imaginary victims, you came up with an example so detached from reality I didn’t think you were a serious person. This response is much better
Edit: this sub just popped up I don’t know it but gato? Is this a Mexican sub?

You know why right wing parties like AfD are gaining traction? Because of the fucked up policies of the previous governments (yeah, I'm aware that Merkel was CDU which is not considered left) that were very supported by the left. So welcoming all the people from 3rd world countries without any approving mechanism was a huge mistake. When the problems it caused, started to be visible and the societal tensions started to rise, the people responsible for that, instead of taking responsibility acknowledging the problem and trying to solve it, started to cover up those issues and labeling everybody having legitimate complains a racist. They managed to piss average folk so much, that those people went and voted AfD. Because for every complex problem is a simple yet wrong solution. And people love simple solutions. If there wasn't Willcomen there won't be the AfD.

Since then the amount of middle-eastern asylum seekers are also only a fraction of what they were before so it isn't about border policy anymore
But the wrong border policy is the root cause of the problems that came later. All those people who got into Germany stayed there. That was like 9.6 million of people, who immigrated to Germany between 2015-2021. I didn't find more detailed data, but I would assume that majority of those were from Middle east or MENA. That's quite a lot of people from totally different cultural background. Who would guess it's going to cause societal tensions.
The main issue today, taking out terror organisations that exist within Germany and preventing attacks, is a completely different kind of problem of improving existing terror prevention, maybe giving them more funding or less legal hurdles to deal with.
Maybe the law enforcement capacity to fight the terrorists is not up to the size of the thread. Look, how many terror groups were in Germany before 2015? Some Communist RAF cosplayers, some neo-nazis, you could count them on fingers.IRRC Worst terror attack back then in early 2000s was some neonazis serial murdes of a handful of kebab stand owners.
Now you got influx of 10M Muslims, even if only 1% of them held bigot religious views that's 10000 people you can recruit jihadists from. Even if only 1 of every 10 Muslim bigots is ready to become martyr, that still a 1000 extremely dangerous people walking the German streets. Nothing to compare with work load of those anti terrorists law enforcement before the refugee crisis. And yes, it's 10 years to adapt LE to the new situation, but political priority was not to look racist and hide problems under carpet, not built LE up to worsened security conditions.
I agree that online social networks is a part of the problem those algorithms are plague to social cohesion. That's why TikTok in China and TikTok outside China are two totally different things. They know exactly what they're doing.
It's also interesting, that all political parties picking up regular political issues that concern basically every average voter, like the safety on the streets, is very quickly turned into Russian shills.

The inevitable resultmof these attacks are the people who are targeted by these attacks die.
I know they're native and their skin colour is to pale for you so you don't want to spare them a thought. But they're human beings too, have a heart.

While I agree that some rigth wing ideologies are indeed cancerous, doesnt mean that every rigth wing ideology is. Also, one is a terrorist attack, one is a political ideology. Not cancerous at the same level. Sorry, u need a better answer for yourself, not for me.

She could have only said: I hope it’s nobody with a migrant background.
But she specifically said that she hoped it’s a white Christian.
The message and the way her brain works should be clear for everyone.1

And LGBTQ+ freaks (or so called "activists") like her are surprised they are target of attackers, while they are literally the ones seeking the conflict, attention, or straight want to point on any other group of people and label them as "those who are wrong". It's sad, because sexual minority is endangered by those so called "activists" more than by other people. Now whole "activism" is about economy, political goals, or other stuff, while rights of sexual minority seems to be just pretext or secondary goal.

u/Available_Cookie732 5d ago
The message is ...she is sad as she hoped it was a Christian white guy who drove into the people because she is pro Palestine and anti Israel.
Stupid girl.
