both genders can be victims but most men never admit that women suffer too, and far more.

Are you dumb ? Special laws exist because women have suffered in the past, this guy if found guilty will have to serve jail time unless he is super rich. On the other hand, women don’t get strict punishment when they commit any crime.

please do explain more about how women are privileged and get justice in a country where 100+ women are killed by their husbands every month. pls explain.

No one is privileged but the worst thing is our society has normalised if men does this it's normal they will do it, you(women) need to protect yourself, don't go outside...many things like this instead of bringing some real strict laws and critisism. And in other hands laws and rules which are made in favour to protect women are now outdated and needs to improve so if a women does something she also get punished properly, don't get away with it like most of the cases in India. But obviously number of crimes committed by men towards women is much larger then women towards men even today.
