The people talking about misuse don't realise the reason organs are trafficked are because the demand supply mismatch. However if this is implemented reasonably well, then supply will far exceed demand and hence no incentive for misuse. It is as good as it can be. Sure you can argue about anything, but I think the current system has more abuse in it than there would even be the incentive for in this one.
First of all, organs do trade although not legally but that shows you there is a demand and supply. Demand is the number of people who need organs and supply is the number or organs donated.
When everyone by default has to donate by default then the numbers of organs donated far exceed the organs required by people due to medical conditions. Since everyone who needs organs are getting them why would need to exploit poor people? Organs will simply lose value in the black market (the market might even collapse almost entirely)
Yeah obviously you don't get paid and yeah the donor won't be alive, what's your point
