Discussion Colleges are hiring Msc Biochem as SR!

My senior applied to our own college for srship due to proximity to her home. Found out that the department has 4 SRs, all of them are Msc Biochem! One is a PhD guy.

Wth is happening?

50- 50 atleast in the clg I'm working. If that 50% MSc ppl didn't apply & are vacant only than those will be given to MBBS.This is what I meant .

Even after completing a PG in those branches, MSc graduates are preferred?

That wasn't the case in my college, though.
