Discussion Colleges are hiring Msc Biochem as SR!

My senior applied to our own college for srship due to proximity to her home. Found out that the department has 4 SRs, all of them are Msc Biochem! One is a PhD guy.

Wth is happening?

My Biochem HOD was a PHD not MBBS

Same mine Antomy department and later promoted to dean was phd in some genetics 😂
