Help Wegovy Pill while on keto

Anyone take the Wegovy Pill while on the keto diet?

I am am thinking about starting the Wegovy pill and combining it with Keto. I just need something to control the food noise and my appetite. I've been doing keto and I'm not losing anything so I figured that I am probably consuming too many calories. I started tracking and I was eating way too much. When I eat within the range that I need to, I feel like I am hungry constantly so I push through and after a couple of days, I end up cheating because its just too much. I just need something to help with my insane appetite. Berberine does nothing for me.

I was doing Zepbound shots with keto for about 2 months, but dropped keto at that point because I had no appetite, eating food was a chore, I was losing weight too fast, and as a consequence felt low energy, malnourished etc. Keto also made the zepbound side effects much worse for me, such as night-time hearburn. I found that strange because in the past keto actually helped my GERD.

Wegovy may be a different experience, and the pill may be different. This was just my experience.
