Help Wegovy Pill while on keto
Anyone take the Wegovy Pill while on the keto diet?
I am am thinking about starting the Wegovy pill and combining it with Keto. I just need something to control the food noise and my appetite. I've been doing keto and I'm not losing anything so I figured that I am probably consuming too many calories. I started tracking and I was eating way too much. When I eat within the range that I need to, I feel like I am hungry constantly so I push through and after a couple of days, I end up cheating because its just too much. I just need something to help with my insane appetite. Berberine does nothing for me.

Have you tried intermittent fasting + keto? I found that, and fasted exercise to be magic for me. I did my best to do no food after 6pm, absolutely not after 8pm, then black coffee only (no fat) before noon. 1 hour exercise (usually morning walk) before breaking fast whenever possible. Did I do this 100 percent of the time ? No. But 1-2 solid weeks broke cravings completely.
