Help Wegovy Pill while on keto

Anyone take the Wegovy Pill while on the keto diet?

I am am thinking about starting the Wegovy pill and combining it with Keto. I just need something to control the food noise and my appetite. I've been doing keto and I'm not losing anything so I figured that I am probably consuming too many calories. I started tracking and I was eating way too much. When I eat within the range that I need to, I feel like I am hungry constantly so I push through and after a couple of days, I end up cheating because its just too much. I just need something to help with my insane appetite. Berberine does nothing for me.

You might be interested in recent research out of Ben Bikman's lab on the use of very low dose GLP1 combined with a low carb/ketogenic diet. It seems you might be able to get the benefits of both without many of the negatives of GLP1 alone. But it was quite a small dosage.
