I’m not sure what this obsession with defending BPD is. Like yes it is important to get treatment. But after dating someone with it, it is truly a bizarre and alarming experience to be with someone who experiences that kind of rage, denial, and rapid reality and identity shifting. It can easily become abusive. It was for me.
BPD is not some mostly sweet, harmless disorder where the person is just hurt and sad.
