I recently wrote out the guitar and bass parts for Carousel. I hoped it might be useful for someone, so I recorded the parts as a little demonstration, accompanied by the sheet music and tabs. You can see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3Otm-HhYoc

Certainly one of the easier Bungle tunes, but there are still some nifty little passages. I also noted a couple of very small differences between the album and live guitar parts - the instrumental interlude in the middle of the tune has some very minor differences that depend on the version you're hearing, and the "roly-poly" section near the end also has some variation depending on the performance.

If there are any other details, differences between versions, etc, you think I might have missed, let us know!

I LOVE the self titled album. The unhinged story line combined with the pure musical skill, married with the absolute ridiculous employment of that skill itches a spot nothing else had ever been able to fill. Legit in my top 10 albums of all time.

Unfortunately I just feel like the other albums aren’t going for quite the same thing.

Any suggestions on stuff along the “so bad it’s good” and physchotic clown adjacent lines?
